Exchange and Return Policy

At SRA, we are committed to providing an accurate deion of every product to ensure customer satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange or return is allowed within one day of receiving the order, and only once per order.
  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with tags and stickers still attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories included.
  • If the error is from our side, we will bear all costs.
  • The order number must be provided.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
  • In case of a return, only the product value will be refunded (excluding the original delivery fee paid at the time of order).
  • No exchange or return for orders outside the Kingdom.
  • If the customer requests order cancellation after the shipment has been handed to the shipping company, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after the order arrives at our facility. In case of delay, the customer should contact their bank directly.

Note:

  • No returns or exchanges for discounted items, whether directly discounted or purchased using a discount code.
